I’m very happy to be writing this blog because I have an exciting update to share.

Back in December, I started saving and planning to launch my own inspirational clothing line. At the same time, I wanted to begin creating official Blind Guy Comedy merchandise.

As many of you know, I don’t have a traditional full-time job. My income comes from

standup comedy, and Blind Guy Comedy has been my passion for almost eight years now.

One thing that has always fascinated me is watching comedians sell their own merchandise at shows. I’ve met many performers who built their brands through T-shirts, sweaters, and other merchandise, both at live shows and online. That idea stuck with me.

Today I’m very excited to announce that I now have the equipment and technology needed to start printing my own merchandise.

Some people call it apparel, but I like to keep it simple. It’s T-shirts, sweaters, and clothing featuring the Blind Guy Comedy humour and motivation you’ve come to know from my shows and online content.

A few weeks ago I reached out to my incredible online community. Across all my social media platforms, we now reach over 60,000 people, and I asked if anyone would be willing to donate $100 to help launch this clothing project. Within just 10 days, people stepped up to support the ideas in return I promised the first 12 supporters a 25% lifetime discount on Blind Guy Comedy merchandise and comedy shows. Because of those supporters, I’m now able to begin creating my first run of motivational wear and comedy merch.

If everything goes according to plan, I’m hoping to start printing shirts as soon as tomorrow.

Thank you to everyone who believed in this idea and helped make it possible.

I’m also happy to share another update. I recently finished Chapter 7 of my upcoming book, which will focus on my journey in standup comedy and what performing means to me. In the book, I share the things I believe in when I’m on stage and what drives me to keep pursuing comedy. For those who may be new to my story, I’m currently a part-time comedian. I’m not touring full-time yet. Most of my time is spent at home as a stay-at-home father with my kids. My hope is that within the next three years I’ll be able to travel and perform a bit more regularly. For now, this feels like a great step forward.

Finally, I want to thank everyone who signed up for my mailing list back in the early days of the Blind Guy Comedy website. Your support means the world to me.

Thank you for being part of this adventure.==
